Wore this outfit while getting some drinks with friends the other day. I love how this top is a dressier version of a plaid shirt, but still just as easy.

I got this at Uniqulo last year but here is another cute top, similar body and would look great with boyfriend jeans and heels =)

ITS SPRING!

Pastel inspiration for the first day of SPRING!! 

I know the weather doesn't quite match yet (at least not in NYC).. but its getting there! Also it makes me happy everyday leaving work and there is still some daylight left =)

This has been the longest winter ever I can not wait to shed some layers and show some skin!

Monday Blues

Happy Monday & St. Patty's Day!

 I wore this over the weekend to get some dinner and drinks with the bf. I found this shawl and this one some time ago at H&M in the clearance. I love the ability to throw these over anything outfit to make it a "look". I can't wait to wear them with skirts and some denim cutoffs if this weather ever gets nicer!

Beach Scenes

Finally a day warm enough to go sock-less!!! I could not wait to wear these shoes without tights or socks so of course I wore them the first day over 50. I also grabbed one of my favorite shirts from H&M (old), I just love the huge beach scene!

Literally my favorite outfit in the entire world is Denim on Denim. I've acquired some real jems over the year at the salvation army and if it was up to me there would be no such thing as buying a new denim shirt. There often overpriced and you just cant beat the worn in vintage styles you can find when thrifting.

Saturday

First day 50 degrees, naturally I keep my ankles bare and grab my Peter Pilotto x Target slip-ons because the print makes me happy.

I've been searching for a cross body bag for some time now, one that can fit a lot (more than phone and wallet) but is still small. My prayers were answered when I found this bag from Saturday Kate Spade. They have a lot of great colors to choose from but I went for the neutral so I will never get sick of it (and it goes with everything!) 

O and I got a new haircut. I'm one of those people that wants to try a new cut, then when I do it takes me a month to really start liking it. So... I do like it but I am getting use to it, I added layers to my bob and some side bangs.

Staying Neutral

Ok so I lied about wearing brighter colors..... I guess neutrals & black are just my go-to's when the weather is in limbo. This feels like (and probably is) the longest winter of my life! I'd be happy with mid 40s at this point!! #wishingforspring

Good M o o d

 The early morning sun always puts me in a good mood. Even if it is 11 degrees during the first week of March. Another thing that puts me in a good mood is a dress with pants. Pretty much the most comfortable outfit ever.
