Match made in (Fashion) Heaven

Have you ever bought two separate pieces that go so well together it seems as though they were a set all along?! This dress and pair of shoes is just that. I really loved this dress from Uniqulo so I bought it right away not too sure about what shoes I'd be wearing with it (maybe natural?). Then I spotted these shoes at Zara and the look just came together! It was a bonus that the shoes were on sale (who doesn't love the Zara sale?!). 

If this look wasn't the icing on the cake, these shoes have proven themselves time and time again. Who knew that a pair of bright blue platforms were such a great investment?

Anyone else feel me on this one?

White Out

I'm finally jumping on board with the all white trend! I added a pop of blue with the shoes.

I kind of felt like I was going sailing.. or to a hospital. Nonetheless I was able to keep my outfits clean and that made me happy.

Comfortable Fridays

 

On Friday's my first thought is comfort. I'm not even sure why considering I am able to wear sneakers every day to work if I wanted... its just a mental thing I guess. In celebration of it being Friday I tell myself I can dress super comfortable. 

While I did not chose my comfiest shoes today (sneaks) these are definitely the most comfortable pants I could have worn. They are truly like wearing pajamas to work!

This isnt Spring

 This is what a normal Spring outfit should look like (maybe even without the tights)..

Ok its a chilly Spring day so I'll add a sweater...

  BUT WAIT ITS STILL COLD!

 So I guess I'll add a coat and a scarf and call it a day.

I would really love to pack away the scarf and bring out the sandals! 

Anyways enough bitching. I put away the bubble coat.. that's a start.

I've said it before and I'll say it again I LOVE DENIM!!!

Here a just a few ways to style the look.

There really is no wrong way to wear denim on denim and the more denim the merrier! I just got this denim jacket over the weekend and I am very excited to style it with other denim pieces.

Trend Alert: Wined & Dined

For a while now wearing all one hue has been trending. At first it seemed to be mostly royal blue hues and now it has switched to Burgundy shades. If you already own items in these shades throw them together for an easy outfit that looks classy and expensive!

Winter whites is also a popular one color look and if your like me you have more shades of whites in your closets than burgundy's.

OR if your REALLY like me you've just been wearing 584396734 shades of black everyday.
